1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the kg333 platform, including the website at kg333.onl, all betting markets, casino game lobbies, the Finance / Wallet system, live chat support, and any other service or feature made available by kg333 (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the kg333 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the kg333 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding agreement between you and kg333.

kg333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kg333 will notify registered players via platform notification or email. Your continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on kg333, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period in which you hold an account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through your kg333 account or any voluntary exclusion scheme.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of kg333 or any of its affiliated service providers, unless prior written approval has been granted.
• You are not using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform on your behalf.

kg333 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. This includes, without limitation, a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to kg333's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) kg333 account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kg333 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your account and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or a name that does not match your identity documents, will result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kg333 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. kg333 will not be held liable for losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kg333 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

kg333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time kg333 deems appropriate:

• Government-issued photo identification (NID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account showing the account holder's name)
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed specified thresholds

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by kg333 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

kg333 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits and withdrawal limits are displayed within the Finance / Wallet section and may vary depending on your chosen payment method, account verification status, and any applicable daily or weekly limits set by kg333 or by the relevant payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your kg333 account instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to two (2) business hours to be reflected in your account balance. kg333 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which kg333 bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by kg333 within fifteen (15) minutes of approval, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including all Bangladesh public holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform traffic or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the kg333 account holder.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must have met the applicable wagering requirements, or you must elect to forfeit bonus funds before withdrawing.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus balance is not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).
• The withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in your Finance / Wallet dashboard.

4.6 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on kg333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Taka amounts. kg333 does not currently support transactions in any other currency.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register a verified kg333 account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to the player's bonus wallet upon deposit. Specific qualifying deposit minimums, bonus percentages, and promotional periods are detailed on the relevant promotion page within the platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by kg333 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback awards, and any other promotional offer — are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place total bets of ৳20,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money balance). Full wagering requirements for each specific promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kg333 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay. Where bonus abuse is identified, kg333 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Promotion Eligibility

All promotions on kg333 are available to registered players aged 21 and above only. kg333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith. Employees of kg333 and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any promotion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on kg333 — including sports betting markets such as BPL cricket, Bangladesh Tigers matches, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other ICC events, as well as casino games and slots — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered accepted and binding once kg333's system has confirmed the bet and issued a bet reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or other technical faults are not binding on kg333. Incomplete or unconfirmed bets will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Errors and Manifestly Incorrect Odds

Where odds, lines, payouts, or game results are displayed or settled as a result of a system error, data feed error, or human error resulting in manifestly incorrect values, kg333 reserves the right to void affected bets and recalculate the correct outcome. In such cases, kg333 will notify affected players and the correct settlement will be applied. kg333 is not obligated to honour bets placed on the basis of manifestly erroneous odds.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets on kg333 are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Suspended markets will not accept new bets. Where a market is suspended due to a significant in-game development (e.g., a wicket falling in a cricket match), bets already accepted and confirmed prior to suspension will stand unless otherwise stated in the product-specific rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kg333 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using kg333 for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Underage Gambling: Registering an account or placing bets while under the age of 21, or facilitating underage gambling by sharing your account credentials with a minor.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening more than one account per player, whether to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit side-bet loopholes, or engage in any form of match-fixing or cheating.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software that automates betting or gameplay decisions in a manner not sanctioned by kg333.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with a payment provider while retaining winnings or bonuses derived from the disputed deposit.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Intentionally exploiting glitches, software bugs, or technical errors to gain an advantage on the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the kg333 platform without prior written consent from kg333. Unauthorised use of kg333 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg333 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, technical errors, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond kg333's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to their account caused by their own negligence.
• Errors in bet settlement where the error was caused by incorrect data provided by a third-party data feed provider, provided that kg333 corrects the settlement promptly upon becoming aware of the error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by kg333's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by kg333

kg333 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kg333 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or is subject to a dispute or investigation. During a suspension period, the player will not be able to access their account, place bets, or request withdrawals.

12.2 Permanent Closure by kg333

Following investigation, kg333 may permanently close an account and forfeit the entire balance where the account holder is found to have engaged in fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or any other serious breach of these Terms. kg333 will provide written notice of permanent closure and the grounds therefor to the email address registered on the account.

12.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their kg333 account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining real-money balance (net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms

kg333 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to eligibility requirements, payment processing rules, or player rights — kg333 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via platform notification or by email to the registered address associated with your account.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by law, may be made without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the kg333 platform, including any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting kg333 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being submitted to kg333 support, either party may escalate the matter through the appropriate legal or dispute resolution channels. kg333 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will cooperate fully in any investigation of a legitimate player complaint.
